We take regular full and multiple page adverts in the Driffield Post, Beverley Advertiser and the Hull Daily Mail Find a property papers. We also regularly advertise in the Yorkshire Post and The Journal, both of which produce excellent results for certain types of property.


HOT APPLICANT TEXT MESSAGING

As soon as your property is registered on our database and brochures are approved, its details are matched against registered buyers and those buyers who have given us their mobile phone numbers are sent a text message informing them of the new instruction. The text message gives brief details of the address, property type, number of bedrooms and price. The potential buyer is invited to call us for a full brochure or a viewing, if they are interested. This is an effective way of reaching buyers quickly however it is not a substitute for our sales team picking up the phone and talking directly to the hottest matches who are classed as being ‘ready, willing and able’ to move quickly.
